These terms apply to your use of wearehearthen.com, run by Kevin Toll, a sole trader trading as Hearthen ("Hearthen", "we"). By using the site you agree to them.
About the site
Hearthen hasn't launched yet. This site describes products we're preparing and lets you join our waitlist. Nothing here is an offer to sell, and product details may change before launch.
The waitlist
Joining is free and doesn't commit you to buying anything. Waitlist members will be offered an early-bird price at launch and a chance to have a say in scent N°2. We'll set out the details, including any time limits, in our launch email. How we use your email address is covered in our Privacy Policy.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site, for example by trying to get unauthorised access, introducing malicious code or submitting other people's email addresses.
Our content
The Hearthen name, logo, photography and text on this site belong to us. Please don't reuse them without our permission.
Liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
